CNN reported that former Vice President Joe Biden, a US Democratic presidential candidate, won the vice presidential candidate, a running mate for the November presidential election.

CNN broadcast citing well-known sources, saying that former Vice President Biden has chosen a candidate for vice president, and will announce who it is as early as today (12th).

Previously, former Vice President Biden announced that he would nominate women as running mate, and observations that black women are the dominant have been steadily raised in tandem with protests against racial discrimination across the country.

In this regard, ``The Hill,'' a political media outlet, said about five people including Senator Camela Harris, Senator Elizabeth Warren, Michigan Governor Grecheon Whitmer, former White House National Security Advisor Susan Rice, and Congressman Karen Bass are being discussed.

The Hill reported that among Biden's longtime colleagues and supporters, Harris is a top priority.
