The head of the Qatari Committee for the Reconstruction of Gaza, Ambassador Muhammad Al-Emadi, in response to what was reported by Israeli media regarding contacts between the Israeli occupation authorities and senior officials in Qatar, said that contacts with the Israeli occupation are not new, but rather an ongoing procedure to facilitate the entry of aid into the Strip.
Al-Emadi added that the entry of aid into Gaza faces continuous challenges and obstacles, and that Qatar's assistance to the Strip is to alleviate the effects of the blockade imposed on the Palestinian brothers.
The ambassador stressed that the State of Qatar will continue to support the steadfastness of the brotherly Palestinian people in order to help them out of their crises and lift the blockade.
