The two robbers urged the victims to go to a secluded place in Strömparken. There he asked his companion to show that he had a gun to get the plaintiffs to hand over their phones and a loudspeaker.

The other robber must also have pressed the weapon against one of the robbers' stomachs. After the robbery, the victims were threatened that they, or members of their families, would be harmed if they reported the crime to the police. For this, the 17-year-old is sentenced to abuse in court.

Denies crime

Norrköping District Court considers that the crimes are proven, but the convict denies the robbery and abuse in court. He admits, however, minor drug offenses.

The court writes that the sentence would have been 16 months' imprisonment if the convicted person had been an adult. When the crime was committed, however, he was 16 years old and he was therefore sentenced to 110 hours of community service. He must also pay just over SEK 60,000 in damages to the robbery victims.
