Almost a week has passed since the bloody explosion in Beirut Port last Tuesday. With the passage of time and the exposure of the damage, the reactions of the celebrities of Lebanon moved from a space of sadness and support to another region, which included expressing discontent about what happened and is still happening in Lebanon, but the situation reached some of them to take shocking decisions, which resulted in their exposure to criticism, whether by the public or colleagues in the profession.

The war continues

At the top of the list came the artist Elissa, who as soon as she published - two days ago - a tweet in which she called for a demonstration in Martyrs' Square against the Lebanese President Michel Aoun, Prime Minister Hassan Diab, Speaker of Parliament Nabih Berri and Secretary General of Hezbollah Hassan Nasrallah, until the artist launched Amal Hejazi attacked her, albeit indirectly.

This is due to Elisa's constant support for the Lebanese Forces Party headed by Samir Geagea, whom Amal Hegazy described as "the sponsor of slaughter and bombing," criticizing the failure to include his image or even his name among those who are asking them to leave.

I hope you never once talked about Hassan Nasrallah .. !! Also, you should remember it with them .. No word of a spoil is never sweet from you, nor is it sweet to the style that you said .. you rushed to write .. Unfortunately I respected you and loved you .. I disappointed me 😕. Elissa is the most honest and bold artist, and her motto is all.

- Norma🥀 (@nola_norma) August 8, 2020

Where Amal Hijazi posted a tweet on her personal account on Twitter, in which she said, "In an artist with the status of a picture of leaders who want them to fall, and forgetting the image of her leader follows the sponsor of the slaughtering and bombing in Lebanon.

This resulted in her putting herself on the line of fire, as Elisa's fans defended his favorite star, especially since this is not the first war of words between the two stars. Others attacked Amal Hegazy, and launched a counter-attack on her, accusing her of political accusations, accusing her of favoring Hassan Nasrallah.

But I say, # Elissa, everyone understands her.
What you do is a metaphorical expression that
burns me from her success, and I did not find how to pour a fish. Sabbatah is a mockery
.. People want Lebanon to control, and Hedy attacks her Lebanese sister.
I did not expect to say it one day, but #you_challenge

- Chahinez Elissa (@ChahinezElissa) August 8, 2020

Elissa is respectful of her art, and all the Lebanese people are proud of her, but at the time she wants to talk about a politician, she wants to bear all the words and criticism, and it is supposed to be a source of good and an ideal and bring all the Lebanese together, not a Qawtji extremist and rejecting the text of the people.

The shape of the veil is a sign of your year ... trivial

They are all my souls. Watch my last tweets ..

- Lubna AL-khatib (@ Loloabdallah10) August 8, 2020

The attackers also accused Amal Hijazi of feeling jealous of Elisa's success, making her constantly attack her, even with falsehood, according to the comments, especially since the latter published another tweet that included pictures of many of those who were angry at them, including Samir Geagea himself.

- Nisrine Zawahra (@nisrinezawahra_) August 7, 2020

Will fans of Amal Hijazi come out to defend her and the battle rages on more? This is what will reveal in the coming days, after social media platforms have become an arena for settling accounts.

A decision to migrate

Another attack on the superstar Nadine Nassib Njeim, after she openly announced her decision to emigrate from her homeland following the accident, out of her desire to live in safety "in a country that respects its citizens," especially since she was one of the victims of the painful explosion.

From the moment, from the hospital, I made a decision: I will leave the country and live in safety in another country whose people will respect the best of what has left in a country whose rulers are thugs and death. But you are digging under the dirt, we are returning to our homeland other than this, what is not necessary to tell? Thank you.

- Nadine Nassib Njeim (@nadinenjeim) August 9, 2020

Nadine was injured, and her house, which is located near the area of the explosion, was destroyed.

Your reaction is expected after the one who lips and lived it ..
but I feel this decision is born with a moment of anger ..
and God willing, you will take back from us ..
You are the ones who remain and they are the ones who walk

- With Hamad Qalam (@ 7amadQalam) August 9, 2020

Consider it an important artistic stage with your career and what you consider a migration .. But you do my soul in peace to Egypt because it is a station that has a special taste and maturity. Go back very different and gain experience about a new artistic world in which the form of production, business and success differ .. overcome your sadness and your fear with success, friction and new experience

- Soha Al Waal (@ soha_alwa3al) August 9, 2020

Although there were those who gave her an excuse to make this decision, justifying that that she was born in a moment of anger and that she would most likely back down from it, others blessed her and encouraged her for her decision, but the majority of them reacted harshly, rejecting what she stated in form and content, confirming that Al-Watan is not a "hotel" (a hotel) only for good and happy times, and when the situation gets tough it is abandoned.

By God, six Nadine, we are not going to the hotel, but it is for the sweet to be with me and live in the time and difficult times. You leave it and leave it, but we come back and let us know your love, Lebanon. It follows with love. The best is to return to a growing country with a time of no bleeding

- zak shamouni (@zakshamouni) August 9, 2020

I am currently 25 years old and confined to a confrontation between armed men and Americans, and I and my family in the text I saw a bloody explosion and corpses in the streets. 4 explosive devices surrounded my school at the time of exams we were inside. Iraq

- atreva. 🇮🇶🇮🇶 (@ atreva5) August 9, 2020

I was born in war and lived in war. My whole childhood under the American occupation.
We have had harsh days, we lived under bombardment,
we were abandoned more than once, and we lived without electricity or water, and we did not leave Iraq.
The day we liberate our country from Iran's agents, and Iraq will remain ours

And diminish in the eyes of the great and mighty Iraq 🇮🇶

- Worood Khaled (@ Woroo_95) August 9, 2020

As for the Lebanese actress, Maya Diab, her participation in the events came through a group of tweets attacking officials in Lebanon, describing them as "criminals without feeling, shame or conscience," because they are responsible for the current disaster and the disasters that preceded it, according to her statements.

But it has not escaped the angry comments of the public in which they indicated her call to Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman to rid the Lebanese people of their government.

But I wish Mohammed bin Salman 😂😂

Servants of rulers

As for the singer Nawal Al-Zoghbi, she was the least intense in attacking political officials, but she wrote, "Everybody worships the leader, followed by a (not) telling me."

Everybody worships the leader, follows a vessel that teaches me, or rests on
me

- Nawal El Zoghbi - Nawal El Zoghbi (@NawalElZoghbi) August 10, 2020

A call to the occupation

As for the biggest attack, actress Carmen Lebs went to her, after she published a tweet calling for the return of French colonialism in Lebanon. Although she later clarified that her words were a metaphor for the miserable situation that the country had reached after years of corruption, no one had mercy on her.

Come and bring you the mandate, what remains is our independence pic.twitter.com/KKF3leSjC1

- Carmen Lebbos (@C_lebbos) August 5, 2020

And between accusations of her treason and lack of patriotism and another of being purely an actress, she was claiming even by her representative choices to defend independence and the honor of the nation, others came out to demand that she leave Lebanon because her presence in it is an honor she does not deserve.

O my regret for you, in the time we need to be a hand of unity against any rapist who seeks countries that mandate us !! You want to erase the fatigue of our forefathers and their years of life with resistance against the mandate and any occupation of Karmal Show! Like or money 💵 !!
Neither the mandate nor the occupation, and yes, no resistance against them

- Zahra Khalil🇱🇧 (@haidar_zahra) August 5, 2020

You go to France, Madame ... we are the cemetery of the invaders ... your dreams are like the past that you represent, we are free, our creation, and we remain free because we are an avenger of freedom .. if you stay away from politics, we could have loved you.

- Yarayahfoufi (@yara_yahfoufi) August 6, 2020

Unfortunately, an unsuccessful tweet, even if only out of sarcasm.
What they did to the Arabs and the African people, no one will forget, and history will not forgive him, no matter how much they try to beautify their image.
God preserves Lebanon and our country all 🇱🇧🇪🇬

- Ahmed Ismail (@A__Esmail) August 6, 2020

We learned from your acting in the series Days of Wrath, We Defend Our Countries Against Colonialism and Mandateism. You were very influential in this time. I look forward to you. She looks from someone else.
