“We learned that Semyon Pegov is in the center of the isolation of offenders of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of the Minsk City Executive Committee,” said the press secretary of the diplomatic mission Alexei Maskalev.

Earlier it became known that a stringer girl who collaborated with the Ruptly video agency was detained in Minsk on the evening of August 9 while filming protest actions that began in Belarus after the closing of polling stations in the presidential elections.
