- It has to do with intent. In order for it to be classified as arson, suspicion is required that someone has intentionally lit a fire, says Niklas Stjernlöf. For general negligence, it is a matter of negligence.
The investigation will continue. During the fire, a person was taken to hospital with burns and smoke injuries. A large number of apartments were destroyed.
