It was in the spring that the man visited the employment agent at home and also sent a letter demanding to get a job together with pictures of the employment agent's home, according to the indictment.
This meant a "tangible breach of peace", according to the prosecutor.
The employment service has previously been an administrator for the accused man, but they did not have a personal relationship.
The accused man admits the course of events but denies the crime.
