He added that he met the second defendant, who was frustrated because of his failure in the driving test three times in a row, and offered him assistance in exchange for 5,000 dirhams, so the second accused agreed and exchanged their phone numbers, communicated together via WhatsApp, and sent him the examination form, then he sent it back to his fugitive colleague, so the latter negotiated with him. His commission was offered to him only 300 dirhams, but he insisted on charging 500 dirhams, and they agreed and proceeded to carry out the crime.

The accused cleaning worker indicated that he met the second defendant, "the bribe," at the time of the examination test and got 5000 dirhams from him, and took his commission and kept the rest of the sum to hand it over to his fugitive colleague until he hand it over to the examiner, after the bribe applicant successfully passed the test, but he was surprised by one of the examiners who came to him. And he tells him that he saw him while receiving the money from the man, and asked him what was happening, then he confessed to the crime, which prompted the examiner to report to the police and arrest him.

For his part, the second accused in the prosecution's investigations also admitted the accusation against him, pointing out that he was frustrated because of his repeated failure to pass the driving test, and the first accused saw him after his failure, and offered his help in exchange for an amount of 5000 dirhams, pointing out that he agreed and handed him the amount on the day of the examination test. Then he went to take the test and upon his return he was surprised by the police and learned that he was accused in the case.
