In the past few days, many places in South Korea have been hit by heavy rains, causing the water level of the Han River in Seoul to soar.

Many lanes were flooded near Banpo Bridge and Dongjak Bridge in Seoul.

In the Han River Park in Panpu, Seoul, many trails and parking lots were flooded, and even silt flooded the park tables and chairs. Supermarkets in the park were also closed due to excessive water flow.

The South Korean government has designated 7 areas hit by heavy rains as "special disaster areas."
