“Police investigators have opened a criminal case on the fact of a traffic accident in the Kansk region, where today four people were killed, three more were seriously injured,” the ministry said in a statement.
It is clarified that the case was initiated under the article "Violation of traffic rules and operation of vehicles, resulting in the death of two or more persons."
