Germany: immediate aid worth 200 million euros to Lebanon

Today, Sunday, German Foreign Minister Heiko Maas announced the collection of immediate aid worth more than 200 million euros for Lebanon.

Maas told German TV Channel 2 that his country will contribute an additional 20 million euros. The French side, which is organizing the conference in partnership with the United Nations, has not issued any statements yet regarding the value of the aid planned for Lebanon.
