Al-Sisi appeals to sincere Lebanese to distance their country from regional conflicts

Today, Sunday, Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi appealed to loyal patriots in Lebanon, regardless of their positions, to distance their country from regional tensions and conflicts, and to focus their efforts on strengthening the institutions of the Lebanese national state and meeting the aspirations of the Lebanese people.

This came during Sisi's participation in the International Conference in Support of Lebanon, organized by France and the United Nations, via video conference, with the participation of a group of heads of state and government, according to the Egyptian presidential spokesperson.

The spokesman said that President El-Sisi called on the international community to do what it could to help Lebanon recover again by overcoming the devastating effects of the Beirut incident and rebuilding what was destroyed.

According to the spokesman, "President El-Sisi reiterated Egypt's support and full solidarity with the Lebanese people, and its full readiness to provide all forms of support through more necessary medical and relief assistance in this regard, in addition to harnessing its capabilities to help the brothers in Lebanon in efforts to rebuild the affected areas."

Al-Sisi appealed to the loyal patriots in Lebanon, regardless of their positions, to distance their country from regional tensions and conflicts, and to focus their efforts on strengthening the institutions of the Lebanese national state, and to meet the aspirations of the Lebanese people by implementing the inevitable economic reforms that cannot be postponed, in order to qualify Lebanon to obtain the confidence of international financial institutions. And international support, which will positively affect Lebanon's march towards achieving stability, development and prosperity.
