08 August 2020 "The new guidelines, based on scientific evidence, provide for the voluntary termination of pregnancy with pharmacological method in day hospital and up to the ninth week. It is an important step forward in full compliance with the 194 which is and remains a law of civilization of our country ".Thus the Minister of Health Roberto Speranza in a post on Facebook accompanying an article posted by the Republic which headlines "Abortion, the last no falls. Minister Speranza changes the directive: the RU486 pill can be used without hospitalization".
