As a puppy, the Dalmatian Gazton began to bring home empty paper cups from fast food places. But when master Hans Salmi got tired of picking up torn paper cups, Gazton switched to pawn jars instead. During almost every walk, Gazton picks up a can which is then pledged.
- I thought it was okay if I get a penny per walk, says Hans Salmi.
So far, Gazton has collected a mortgage for more than SEK 9,000 and soon he has paid off the SEK 12,000 he was bought for.
