The self-help program is based on CBT, cognitive behavioral therapy, and is carried out via e-services at Vårdguiden 1177. The treatment is developed, clinically tested and evaluated by psychologists at Karolinska Institutet. The program contains five parts where the participant, among other things, learns to distinguish between helpful and unhelpful anxiety and gets to learn techniques for releasing thoughts of anxiety.

The idea is to capture those who prefer to process their concerns on their own.
