It is a passer-by who ended up making the macabre discovery by worrying about his condition. A 42-year-old homeless man was found dead this Friday morning during the Marne river in the Saint-Michel district in Bordeaux. The emergency services could only note the death of this man curled up on himself.

According to Sud Ouest, the victim was in poor health. There would have been no outside intervention. An autopsy should be performed in the next few days to find out the precise causes of death. An investigation was opened by police.
