"At 07:38, the Il-76 plane, which returned from Lebanon at night, flew to Beirut again to provide assistance to the victims," the Emergencies Ministry's press service quoted TASS as saying.
It is noted that an additional group of the Centrospas detachment and special equipment are on board the aircraft.
This flight to Lebanon for relief after the explosion was the fourth.
Earlier, the plane of the Russian Emergencies Ministry flew from Saratov to Beirut to provide assistance to the victims of the explosion.
