Earlier, the State Department published a report entitled "Foundations of Disinformation and Propaganda in Russia."
It argues that Russia's "disinformation and propaganda ecosystem" consists of five clauses, including official government communications and government-funded global broadcasting.
As noted in the Russian embassy, the State Department is trying to drown out Moscow's proposals to resume cooperation by publishing a report.
