Patuanelli signs superbonus 110% implementing decrees for energy efficiency

The implementing decrees on energy efficiency measures for buildings provided for by the relaunch decree were signed by the Minister of Economic Development, Stefano Patuanelli, which define both the technical requirements for the Superbonus and the Sismabonus at 110%, as well as the forms and transmission methods sworn to the competent bodies, including Enea. With the implementing decree which instead defines the characteristics of the forms and the methods of transmitting the sworn statement, the procedure inherent in the checks and verifications of unfaithful attestations and certifications also becomes operational.
