According to him, experts checked the storm sewer systems and found an airlock that was clogged with debris and contaminated with oil products. The chamber was cleaned out.
Shuvalov instructed to check all the places from where oil products could enter the cell.
“Thus, we will be able to establish the exact place of the discharge, and the environmental prosecutor’s office will be engaged in the search for the perpetrators, the documents for them are almost ready,” he added.
