The day before, 5159 cases of coronavirus were detected.
Earlier, the Minister of Health Mikhail Murashko said that mass vaccination against coronavirus in Russia could begin in October.
The head of the Ministry of Health also said that the country plans to start vaccination against COVID-19 with doctors and teachers.
