"Since August 3 ... the inclusion of citizens in the database of potential donors of antiquarian plasma is temporarily suspended," the city's blood transfusion station said in a statement.
Earlier, the Moscow 24 website reported that more than 7,000 Muscovites passed the online blood donor test in a month.
In July, it was reported that more than 1,450 people in Moscow have donated plasma for patients with coronavirus.
