Beidou Mind: Win-win cooperation
At the beginning of the construction of the Beidou system, the road of international cooperation did not go smoothly. However, the Beidou system, which looks at the world and benefits the world, has sincerely expressed its sincerity and mind in cooperating with other satellite navigation systems in the world at any stage of its development.
In order to comply with the development trend of multi-system integration, my country has actively promoted the compatibility and interoperability between the Beidou system and the US GPS, Russian GLONASS, and EU Galileo. At present, China and the United States continue to carry out coordination and exchanges in various fields such as satellite-based enhancement, compatibility and interoperability, and have achieved a number of cooperation results; since the Sino-Russian intergovernmental cooperation agreement on satellite navigation came into effect, the major strategic cooperation project committees have advanced in an orderly manner. Cooperation projects have reached a consensus on the time interoperability of the two systems; in addition, China and Europe are also continuing to deepen frequency coordination.
The satellite navigation system is the world's public infrastructure. China has always adhered to the openness of the Beidou system to the world. ASEAN, South Asia, Eastern Europe, West Asia, and Africa have joined the Beidou "circle of friends" one after another, sharing results and win-win cooperation.
As the core supplier of the United Nations global satellite navigation system, Beidou System has injected new thinking, new ideas and new impetus into the development of the world's navigation field. It has continuously reached consensus with the United Nations Office for Outer Space Affairs on deepening cooperation in the field of satellite navigation, and successfully held two meetings of the United Nations Global Satellite Navigation System International Committee in China, and issued the "Beidou Declaration" and "Xi'an Initiative", representing the common world navigation family sound. After the successful launch of the Beidou-3 global system, the United Nations Office for Outer Space Affairs specially sent a congratulatory video to affirm the great contribution of the Beidou system in promoting global economic and social development, peaceful use of outer space, and participating in international cooperation in the United Nations space activities.
What Beidou system has brought to the world stage is the joint R&D, industrial cooperation, education and training from Chinese universities and scientific research institutions. The Beidou system converts the experience of satellite navigation accumulated in the past to promote the development of satellite navigation applications in various countries around the world. In the past few years, the Beidou Center represented by the China-Arab Beidou/GNSS has cultivated a large number of international talents. At the same time, it has actively participated in the construction of regional cooperation mechanisms such as the China-Arab Cooperation Forum and devoted itself to contributing Chinese solutions and Chinese wisdom to the world.
The peaceful use of space and the in-depth development of international cooperation and exchanges in the field of outer space are our persistent propositions. The aerospace science and technology represented by the Beidou system is realizing a better future for the people of all countries in the world and contributing China's strength to the building of a community with a shared future for mankind.

In recent years, with the enhancement of service capabilities, the Beidou system has actively integrated into world affairs, performed international responsibilities, and has entered multiple international organization standards. The International Civil Aviation Organization has recognized Beidou as one of the four core constellations of the global satellite navigation system. The first mobile communication international standard supporting the new global signal of Beidou-3 has been released. The first Beidou shipborne terminal detection standard has been announced to the world by the International Electrotechnical Commission. The International Maritime Organization has recognized Beidou system as a global radio navigation system. The International Search and Rescue Organization is The development of standard documents and network testing of the search and rescue load carried by Beidou-3... The Beidou system will certainly play an increasingly important role in the development of human peace and security.
Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, as a pioneer in the export of aerospace science and technology products, Beidou Systems has actively responded to the “Belt and Road” initiative to go abroad, providing customized services according to the different needs of different countries and industries, and gradually becoming a well-known “world brand”.
In 2013, Myanmar used more than 500 high-precision Beidou terminals. This is the first time that Beidou high-precision products have been used in batches for agricultural data collection and land management in Southeast Asian countries.
In 2015, a high-precision receiver based on the Beidou system was applied to the construction of a 300-meter-high skyscraper at the headquarters of the National Bank of Kuwait, achieving millimeter-level measurement errors in the vertical direction during the construction process. This is the first time Beidou has been used overseas for high-rise building monitoring.
In 2018, Beidou System participated in the offshore piling project of Alahe Island in Maldives, providing all-weather, high-precision services, and realizing intelligent monitoring, visualized operation and high-precision construction of offshore piling.
The Beidou system entered Singapore. Based on Beidou's high-precision silent piling system, it can accurately manage the pile points and quickly find the location of the drilling point according to the navigation prompts. The accuracy of each piling point can reach centimeter level, and the drilling speed of the drilling rig is greatly improved.
The Beidou system entered Cambodia and provided more complete basic information for the Cambodian government’s comprehensive planning, land remediation and monitoring, infrastructure construction, and ecological environment monitoring. High-precision services have become an important technology indispensable for government infrastructure construction. means.
The Beidou system entered Laos to provide new methods and means for various control surveys such as national land right confirmation project lofting, topographic mapping, etc., and gradually replaced the traditional total station operation method, for Laos cadastral survey, land management and related laws The formulation of regulations provides the original basis and scientific basis.
Beidou entered Russia, Siberian power line patrol realized two-way interaction between on-site personnel and the management center, timely discovered equipment defects and hidden dangers that could endanger line safety, and ensured the safety of transmission and distribution lines and the stability of the power system.
Beidou "sent into" Europe. On the China-Europe train, containers equipped with Beidou terminals and high-precision positioning and navigation functions make logistics more convenient, realizing the upgrade and transformation of traditional transportation methods. Real-time recording of the train and cargo trajectory, positioning accuracy within 10 meters, to achieve seamless transfer throughout the tracking.
In addition, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and other countries are actively using the Beidou system to explore the construction of smart cities. At present, domestic Beidou basic products have been exported to more than 120 countries and regions, and have been successfully applied in ASEAN, South Asia, Eastern Europe, West Asia, Africa and other places.
