On the evening of August 1, the police received a message that three unknown persons were firing from machine guns on the embankment.

"The information was confirmed, a resident of the Volgograd region, born in 1986, was detained at the scene, and a CX-AK-103 (light and sound) submachine gun was found," RIA Novosti quotes the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

It is clarified that the man shot in the air. An administrative protocol was drawn up under the article on petty hooliganism. The issue of initiating a criminal case is being resolved.

Earlier in Moscow, during the conflict in Yuzhny Butovo, a man opened fire from a traumatic weapon.
