“A criminal case has been initiated on the basis of a crime under Art. 263 of the Criminal Code of Russia (violation of traffic safety rules and the operation of air transport) on the fact of the fall of a light-engine aircraft, ”the Investigative Committee said in a statement.
Earlier, investigators began to inspect the site of an emergency with an aircraft near Kaliningrad.
On August 2, a light private jet made a hard landing near the village of Streltsovo in the Kaliningrad region.
Three people were injured, two of them are in serious condition.
