The Supreme Court annuls the sentence imposed by the court itself on the coordinator of EH Bildu and former Batasuna spokesman for the Bateragune case. The Second Chamber has estimated this Friday the review resources filed by Arnaldo Otegui, Rafael Díez Usabiaga, Arkaitz Rodríguez Torres, Sonia Jacinto Garcia and Miren Zabaleta Tellería and has annulled the sentence of May 7, 2012, which sentenced them to sentences of between six years and six and a half years in prison for a crime belonging to the terrorist organization ETA.
