The pilgrims of the Sacred House of God began today, Friday, on the first day of the blessed Eid Al-Adha feast from Muzdalifah to Mina's hair to throw the anthrax of the Great Aqaba and slaughter the sacrifice, then throat and shortening before heading to Mecca to perform the ritual pilgrimage.

The pilgrims spend three days in Mina, which is the second, third and fourth days of Eid al-Adha, to throw the three Jamarat, starting with the lower anthrax, then the middle and then the greater anthrax.

And the authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia announced that no cases of Corona virus were recorded among the pilgrims until Thursday evening.

The Saudi Ministry of Health said, in a tweet published on Twitter, that "Thank God, the health status of the pilgrims is reassuring, and that no cases of new infection with the Corona virus have been recorded between them so far."

The ministry pointed out that it "equipped an integrated system of health facilities in the holy sites to preserve the health and safety of the guests of Rahman and those who serve them."

She pointed out that the health plan is carried out as planned, including the follow-up to the implementation of precautionary measures and measures.

About 10 thousand residents of the Kingdom participate in the rituals of Hajj, compared to the 2.5 million Muslims who attended last year, due to fears of the new Corona virus, which has become a global epidemic, the number of people infected with it exceeded 17 million.

Each pilgrim was provided with a set of tools and supplies, including medical and sterile Ihram, stone pebbles, masks, carpet and umbrella, according to the authorities ’Hajj Pilgrim booklet, while Hajjaj stated that they were asked to put a bracelet to determine their movements.

The proportion of non-Saudis residing in the Kingdom is set at 70% of the total pilgrims this year, and the proportion of Saudis is only 30%, who are health practitioners and security men recovering from the virus.

Pilgrims underwent testing of the new Corona virus before they arrived in Mecca, and they will also have to quarantine after the pilgrimage.
