It was at the end of March that 73-year-old Ros-Marie Lundgren was awakened early in the morning by three masked men entering her home in Mönsterås.

The robbers tied her arms and legs with cable ties. During the robbery, she is said to have had a pistol pressed against her forehead and forced to tell where she kept her valuables. She lost SEK 196,000 in contacts and watches and jewelery worth around SEK 50,000.

The robbers had prepared

According to the indictment, the three men have prepared for the robbery by obtaining firearms, robber hats and cable ties.

Ros-Marie Lundgren suffers from the lung disease COPD and uses oxygen. During the robbery, her oxygen hoses were cut off. She managed to put on the short stumps and only got help when a neighbor came out to pick up the newspaper.
