“A criminal case has been initiated against a municipal deputy of one of the districts of the city of Moscow, Yulia Galyamina, on the grounds of a crime ...“ Repeated violation of the established procedure for organizing or holding a meeting, rally, demonstration, march or picketing, ”the Moscow Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia said in a statement.
According to investigators, in early July, Galyamina on social networks called for participation on July 15 in an uncoordinated rally in the center of Moscow, which was attended by at least 150 people.
“At the same time, earlier Galyamina was repeatedly brought to administrative responsibility for committing offenses under Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of Russia during the previous 180 days, in violation of the requirements of the current legislation, ”the UK noted.
