"We propose to develop a new mechanism in the form of subsidies from the federal budget in the amount of up to three minimum wages to those employers who will accept for internships with the subsequent employment of graduates in 2020, provided that the graduate has worked in the received specialty in the organization for at least one year," in the text of the appeal.

According to the idea of the author of the initiative, the employer will be able to receive such a subsidy after one year. It is specified that payments must be made for each employed graduate.

According to Semin, this will allow young professionals to find work faster.

“The coronavirus pandemic has seriously affected the situation on the labor market ... The unemployment rate has increased. Graduates of higher and secondary specialized educational institutions also experience certain difficulties in finding a first job, for whom it was quite difficult to find a first job even before the coronavirus pandemic, ”Semin explained.

He also noted that the specified payment should apply to organizations working in priority sectors of the economy for the purpose of import substitution.
