In Russia, 5,475 new cases of coronavirus infection have been detected over the past 24 hours, of which 671 are in Moscow. At the same time, 8,116 people were discharged, 169 patients with confirmed coronavirus died.

Thus, 828 990 cases of COVID-19 were registered in the country, 620 333 people recovered over the entire time, 13 673 cases died.

According to Rospotrebnadzor, since the beginning of the pandemic, more than 27.5 million tests have been carried out to detect coronavirus infection. More than 260 thousand people remain under medical supervision.

The ministry noted that Russia came in second in the world in terms of the total number of tests conducted for the presence of a new coronavirus.

They also recalled that decisions on the phased lifting of the restrictions imposed due to the pandemic are made by the leaders of the regions on the basis of the orders of the chief sanitary doctors.

Thus, the governor of the Trans-Baikal Territory, Alexander Osipov, signed a decree allowing wedding registrations to be held in the presence of relatives and other guests, which was prohibited from March 27 due to the threat of the spread of coronavirus.

“Now the newlyweds can come to the registry office not only together, but also share this joy with their parents, friends, guests. Nevertheless, I ask older people not to neglect the mask regime and we all take care of our older relatives, ”TASS quotes the head of the regional registry office Olga Koryagina.

The recreation centers, summer cafes, fitness centers and beaches have already reopened in the region. On the eve of the local authorities allowed to open cinemas and restaurants. The region maintains a mask regime, as well as mandatory self-isolation for residents over 65 years old.

At the same time, the governor of the Saratov region, Valery Radaev, announced his intention to return some of the restrictions due to the epidemiological situation. According to the governor, this decision was made due to the persisting daily statistics on coronavirus in the region. 

The Governor of the Tomsk Region Sergey Zhvachkin also announced the extension of the self-isolation regime for persons over 65 years old.

“Until August 9, for citizens aged 65 plus, the regime has been extended. The corresponding order was published today, ”the press service of the regional administration said.

At the same time, summer verandas, driving schools, museums, fitness clubs and swimming pools have already reopened in the Tomsk region.

Amusement rides and cinemas will also start operating in the Yaroslavl region from July 29. Governor Dmitry Mironov announced this on his Facebook page.

“From July 29 we will resume the work of attractions, cinemas, sections and circles,” he wrote.

It is specified that the intervals between sessions must be at least 30 minutes, and the halls themselves must be ventilated and disinfected. Spectators must be at least one meter apart, but members of the same family can sit together.

For attractions, contactless ticket sales will be organized. They can only be a quarter full of visitors, and the cabins must also be disinfected.

The chairman of the government of the Kirov region, Alexander Churin, authorized the work of baths and saunas in the region, provided that no more than 50% of their capacity is filled.

At the same time, the ban on the activities of beauty salons, hairdressing salons, beauty salons, massage salons and fitness centers was extended in the region until August 10.

In the meantime, the press service of Rospotrebnadzor reported that more than half of the beaches have already opened in Russia: 1,626 out of 3,035. The department noted that of the operating beaches, 1,157 received conclusions on compliance with sanitary standards.

“On the territory of the Russian Federation in the summer of this year, in accordance with the registers of the subjects, it is planned to operate 3,035 recreation areas, where swimming in the seas and freshwater reservoirs is officially allowed (public beaches, beaches of sanatoriums, summer health institutions, children's health camps, recreation centers , dispensaries, tourist camps) for adults and children. The opening dates of the beaches depend on the epidemiological situation and weather conditions in each region. In general, 1,626 beaches in 40 constituent entities currently operate in the Russian Federation, ”the message says.

In addition, the authorities of Primorye reported that another 420 million rubles were allocated for additional payments to doctors in the region.

“Almost 7 thousand medical workers of Primorye participating in measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection will continue to receive additional payments for their work in July and August. Another 420 million rubles have been allocated to stimulate medical personnel from the reserve fund of the Government of the region, ”the statement on the website of the regional government says.

The payments will be received by physicians working with patients with confirmed coronavirus, as well as providing conditions for the provision of care - disinfectants, cleaners, ambulance drivers and others.
