According to the court ruling, issued at the first session, FBK must pay a 300 thousand rubles fine for publishing and distributing materials by an NCO-foreign agent without specifying that these materials were created and distributed by an organization-foreign agent. (part 2 of article 19.34 of the Administrative Code).

As the court established, FBK, recognized as a foreign agent in October last year, was obliged to mark all its publications on the Navalny.Live YouTube channel with a corresponding mark. However, the fund did not fulfill this requirement.

At the second meeting, another violation of the FBK was considered, also related to the status of a foreign agent.

As the court established, FBK carried out the activities of a non-profit organization, but the management did not include it in the “register of non-profit organizations performing the functions of a foreign agent” (part 1 of article 19.34 of the Administrative Code). The court ruled to collect 300 thousand rubles from the fund for this violation.

* The Anti-Corruption Foundation is included in the register of NPOs performing the functions of a foreign agent by the decision of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation dated 09.10.2019.
