The Municipality of Kalba has reported the application of the system of pre-reservation of carcasses, during the day of Arafah and the days of Eid Al-Adha, to prevent gatherings and congestion in the slaughterhouses, to ensure the smooth flow of its work, stressing that it is possible to use the Sharjah Charity Society or charities or specialized applications available to purchase and slaughter the sacrifices. She confirmed that organizational procedures and demand were approved through the system of pre-booking individuals ’slaughter with changes in working hours, noting that the reservation number is confirmed after paying the fees at the headquarters of the Public Health Department and laboratories in Al Khuwair or via the available electronic services for that.

She indicated that she had completed its proactive measures to receive Eid al-Adha to ensure a healthy environment in the slaughterhouses, and its preparations to prepare it under the current circumstances that require the application of health measures to ensure the face of the spread of "Corona", stressing that the municipality’s abattoir will be closed due to its comprehensive sterilization procedures.

She added that the abattoir was maintained and supplied with human cadres and the necessary equipment that kept pace with the high demand during the days of Eid, with a capacity for the abattoir that works from 80 to 100 carcasses per hour, and by 500 to 600 carcasses per day.
