Dubai Roads and Transport Authority has announced work schedules for all of its services during the blessed Eid Al-Adha holiday, which includes customer happiness centers, tariff vehicle parks, public transport buses, Dubai metro and trams, marine transportation, and service providers centers (vehicle technical inspection). At the same time, the commission stresses to the public from different segments of society the need for the public to adhere to precautionary measures.

Service providers centers (vehicle technical inspection) and customer happiness centers will be closed from Thursday, 30 July to Sunday, 2 August, to be resumed on Monday, 3 August 2020. Smart customer happiness centers will operate in Umm Ramool, Deira, Al Barsha, Al Manara, Kifaf, Al Tawar and the main building of the authority as usual over the course of the clock.

The metro stations will operate as follows: The Red Line (Thursday) from 5:00 AM to 1:00 AM the following day and (Friday) from 10:00 AM to 1:00 AM the following day and (Saturday-Monday) from 5:00 Morning to 12:00 midnight. The Green Line (Thursday) will operate from 5:30 AM to 1:00 AM the following day and (Friday) from 10:00 AM to 01:00 AM and (Saturday-Monday) from 5:30 AM to 12:00 midnight .

Dubai Tram (Thursday) will operate from 6:00 am to 1:00 am the next day and (Friday) from 9:00 am to 1:00 am the next morning and (Saturday-Monday) from 6:00 am to 1:00 The next morning.

The working hours of public transport buses (Dubai Bus) during the Eid holiday will be as follows: The main stations, including the Gold Souk station from 4:25 am to 12:29 the next day, the dumbbells from 4:13 am to 12:57 the next morning, the stations Sub, including Satwa from 4:45 am to 11:00 pm, and (C01) line of Satwa will operate around the clock. Al Qusais Station will operate from 4:31 AM to 12:08 AM the next day, Al Quoz Industrial Station from 5:05 AM to 11:35 PM, Jebel Ali from 4:58 AM to 11:30 PM. The working hours of buses feeding for the metro (Rashidiya, Mall of the Emirates, Ibn Battuta, Dubai Mall / Burj Khalifa, Abu Hail and Etisalat) will be from 5:00 AM to 1:10 AM the following day (Note: All metro lines feeding the metro will coincide with the working hours and trips of the metro ). Bus times across cities and commercial buses will be as follows: Sub-stations, including Union Square from 4:25 am to 11:00 pm, and Etisalat Metro Station from 5:00 am to 11:00 pm. As for the outdoor stations, Ajman station will be only from 5:15 am to 11:00 pm.

The shipping times (Thursday 30 July to Sunday 2 August) will be as follows: Water bus at Marina Stations (Marina Mall, Marina Walk, Marina Terrace, Marina Promenade) from 12:00 midday to 12:00 midnight.

The working hours for the traditional abras during the mentioned holiday will be as follows: The traditional abras at the Dubai Creek stations (Old Dubai Market - Baniyas) from 10:00 am to 1:00 am the next day, and the station (Old Deira Market - Sabkha - Al Fahidi) from 10 : 00 AM to 12:30 AM the next day, and the station (Al Seef - Baniyas) from 10:00 AM to 1:00 AM the next day and the station (Al Jaddaf - Dubai Festival City) from 8:00 AM to 12:00 midnight.    

The working hours in Dubai Ferry will be as follows: (Dubai Marina Station - Al Ghubaiba) and (Al Ghubaiba - Dubai Marina) station from 11:00 am, 1:00 pm and 6:30 pm, (Marina Dubai Tours) station at 5:00 pm And the station (Al Ghubaiba Tours) at 5:00 pm.  

As for parking of public vehicles in Dubai, they are free of charge except for multi-storey parking spaces starting from Thursday 30 July to Sunday 2 August, provided that the tariff resumes on Monday 3 August 2020
