The National Civil Service Bureau announced today that the 2020 National Civil Service Examination will be adjusted and supplemented, and online registration will be conducted from July 28 to July 30. More than 3,200 positions can be adjusted and supplemented.
Principles and conditions of adjustment
(1) The adjustment is carried out between positions with the same content of the public subject examination (that is, the applicant responds to the same type of examination paper);
(2) Candidates participating in the transfer can only apply for one position;
(3) Applicants applying for transfer shall meet the qualifications and requirements of the position to be transferred;
(4) Applicants who apply for the transfer shall have the written test scores of the public subjects at the same time as the minimum qualified score of the original position and the minimum qualified score of the position to be transferred;
(5) Applicants who have been determined to be candidates to be recruited no longer have the qualifications to participate in the transfer.
Adjustment procedures and qualification review
(1) From now on, applicants can log on to the "Central Organs and its Directly Subordinate Institutions 2020 Examination and Recruitment of Civil Servants Special Website" (hereinafter referred to as the "Special Website", http://bm.scs.gov.cn/kl2020) to inquire about adjustments Position, number of transfers, examination type, qualifications, contact information of recruitment agency, etc.
(2) From 8:00 on July 28th, 2020 to 18:00 on July 30th, applicants can log in to the "special website" with their username and password at the time of registration, and fill in the relevant information for the transfer application. Applicants who need to consult the qualification information of the profession, education, degree and other qualifications of the position to be transferred should directly contact the recruitment agency. Before the time for submitting the transfer application is over, candidates can change the position they are applying for transfer.
When applicants who are not registering online participate in the transfer, please contact the recruitment agency who intends to apply for the transfer directly and submit a written transfer application before 18:00 on July 30, 2020.
(3) From 8:00 on July 31st to 18:00 on August 1st, 2020, the recruitment agency will conduct qualification review on both the online transfer application and the written transfer application of the agency (unit). Qualification review will be conducted in the order of the applicant’s written test scores in public subjects from high to low. If the total scores of the public subjects are the same, they will be sorted according to the subject scores of the administrative vocational ability test. The total scores of the public subjects written test and the administrative vocational ability test subject scores are the same, and enter the qualification review together. After the ratio of the qualified number of qualified people to the planned number of recruits reaches the prescribed interview ratio, the recruitment agency will no longer conduct qualification review of other personnel.
Query adjustment results
After the adjustment is over, a list of candidates for interview will be formed and published on the "special website". After August 3, 2020, applicants can log on to the "special website" to check the adjustment results.
