This is stated in a lex Maria report. New routines around covid-19, with the first assessment in a tent outside the emergency room at the University Hospital in Linköping, may have led to the discovery of a heart attack being delayed.

Could have had cardiac arrest

According to the lex Maria report, the chest pain was judged to be muscular in the tent and the patient was sent home. When the person returned, six hours later, he showed an ECG and samples of an ongoing heart attack. The report states that the patient could have had a cardiac arrest in the meantime.
