Juventus scored Cristiano Ronaldo's goals in the 52nd minute, and Federico Bernardeschi 67.
The Portuguese star missed the opportunity to score the third goal for his team and his second after he missed a penalty kick in the 89th minute of the match.
Sampdoria finished the match with 10 players after Morten Torsby was sent off in the 77th minute.
Juventus raised its score to 83 points in the top of the standings, 7 points ahead of second-placed Inter Milan two rounds before the end of the league, while Sampdoria stopped at 41 points in 15th place.
