China News Service, Beijing, July 25 (Guo Chaokai) The reporter learned from the China National Space Administration that at 11:13 on July 25, Beijing time, China successfully used the Long March 4 Yiyao 45 carrier rocket at the Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center. Three satellites including the Ziyuan-3 03 satellite were launched into space, and the satellites entered the scheduled orbit smoothly, and the mission was a complete success.

Ziyuan-3 03 is a high-resolution three-dimensional surveying and mapping satellite, developed and produced by the China Academy of Space Technology under China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation. The Ziyuan-3 03 satellite will be networked and operated with other surveying and mapping satellites such as the Ziyuan-3 01 and 02 satellites in orbit, providing a stable basis for new basic surveying and mapping, the construction of global geographic information resources, the normalized monitoring of geographic national conditions, and emergency mapping guarantees. Data support, while taking into account the application needs of resource investigation, ecological environment monitoring, disaster prevention, mitigation and disaster relief, etc., to better provide basic guarantee for national economic construction and social development.

The lobster eye X-ray exploration satellite launched on board is a space science exploration satellite that will verify the ultra-large field of view focusing imaging technology on the X-ray energy range in orbit, and conduct in-depth detection of dark matter signals on the X-ray energy range. Apocalypse Constellation is a data acquisition satellite that will provide commercial data acquisition and transmission services in orbit. Both satellites are developed and produced by Shanghai Aes Aerospace Technology Co., Ltd.

The Long March 4 Yiyao Forty-Five carrier rocket for this launch mission was developed by the Shanghai Aerospace Technology Research Institute under China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation. This mission is the 341st flight of the Long March series of carrier rockets. (Finish)
