"A criminal case has been opened over the crash of a light-engine aircraft in the Kursk region," TASS quotes Elena Markovskaya, a representative of the Moscow Interregional Investigation Department for Transport (MMSUT) of the Investigative Committee of Russia.
It is noted that the fact is established that the pilot did not notify the authorized bodies about the upcoming flight.
Earlier it became known that in the Kursk region a pilot died in a light-engine plane crash.
