Judge Alejandro Abascal orders to review the alleged theft of the mobile phone of Pablo Iglesias' former personal assistant, doubting his version before the National Court. The reinforcement judge of the Court of Instruction number 6 has issued this Friday an order in which he agrees that "in view of the progress of the investigation and revised the judicial statement rendered by Ricardo Sa Ferreira ", partner of Dina Bousselham, "the past March 29, 2019 ", that episode be reviewed by the Judicial Police. All this "in order to carry out efforts in order to specify all the extremes" that surrounded that event, reported in November 2015.

Likewise, in the resolution, to which this newspaper has had access, it orders the agents to carry out all the "steps" they consider appropriate "to clarify the facts investigated."

Until now, it is unknown who stole and if Dina's mobile was actually stolen in the Ikea shopping center in Alcorcón (Madrid). The Vice President of the Government, Pablo Iglesias, attributed this episode to the National Court, to the State sewers , but a year later, investigators have not found a single indication that there was a police operation to remove Dina's telephone terminal. For this reason, the Prosecutor's Office requested the withdrawal of the status of a victim of Iglesias in the procedure, which was agreed by the judge Manuel García Castellón .

During the last weeks EL MUNDO has revealed messages from the lawyers of Podemos in the chat of the party's legal team, in which they expressed their doubts that the robbery really existed. They considered the possibility that Dina had leaked the messages from Pablo Iglesias contained in her mobile, in which she said that the presenter Mariló Montero had to be "flogged " until she bled ", and that she had simulated the robbery to protect herself .
