According to TASS, the document was signed in Brussels by the Deputy Head of the European Commission Valdis Dombrovskis and the Prime Minister of Ukraine Denis Shmygal.
Earlier, Ukraine received € 11.5 million in aid from the EU for reforms.
Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine for European Integration Olga Stefanishina said that the country "will definitely become" a member of the European Union. According to her, "it's just a matter of time."
