“The bill has been prepared, I will personally support it,” Mishustin said.

The prime minister noted that this bill is "restoration of justice." According to Mishustin, "if a person had a garage, you need to do everything possible to get him to issue it."

At the same time, Mishustin said that he himself suffered due to the absence of a law on "garage amnesty". 

“I had a garage, unfortunately we could not hold it,” the head of government said.
