Barcelona players are enjoying a few days leave before returning to training on the 29th of this month, in preparation for facing Napoli in the second leg of the Champions League final on the 8th of next month.

A number of the team's stars left on vacation, ignoring the measures imposed by the health authorities in the Catalonia region.

The provincial government stressed that leaving the city of Barcelona only for the extreme necessity, in light of fears of a second wave of Corona virus outbreak in the city, but they are just recommendations and do not rise to the level of prevention or re-imposing a state of emergency in the city.

However, the team's stars - led by Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez, Gerard Pique and goalkeeper Mark André Terje Stegen - ignored these recommendations and left Barcelona on Tuesday for a short break with their families.

Messi and Suarez and their families left together, while Piquet and his family went in a different direction, and so did Ter Stegen.
