Maikel Moreno , president of the revolutionary Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ), is already part of the most wanted blacklist in the United States. The reward offered from this Tuesday by the Secretary of State for information leading to his arrest or judicial conviction rises to five million dollars, the third echelon of the Chavista leaders. The judge was already sanctioned by Washington since 2017.

In the first, Nicolás Maduro, whose "head" is valued at $ 15 million, stands alone. On the second step are Diosdado Cabello, number two of the revolution, and Vice President Tareck El Aissami, czar of oil of Syrian origin whom the United States links to Hezbollah, both infected today with coronaviruses and both with rewards of 10 million dollars.

"Moreno received bribes in exchange for legal actions, such as ordering lower court judges to release specific defendants or dismiss particular cases, something that happened in more than 20 judicial proceedings," said Mike Pompeo in his statement.

The controversial judge has led the 120 judgments against the democratic Parliament and the opposition since his accession to the presidency of the TSJ in 2017 and even before, when he was already part of the Court with direct thread with Maduro. In his latest sentences, he has launched the final assault against the main opposition parties, Primero Justicia, Acción Democrática and Voluntad Popular.

"Moreno, a henchman for Maduro, used his position of authority for personal gain, accepting bribes to influence the results of criminal cases. By publicly appointing him, we send a clear message: The United States is firmly against corruption," added Pompeo. Already this year Florida prosecutors charged the TSJ judge with money laundering and crimes related to alleged bribes.

Various collaborators of Donald Trump leaked after the failed military rebellion of April 30 of last year that the white elephant that failed at the last minute was Moreno himself, something denied by himself and Maduro.

Maikel Moreno, a key piece in the Bolivarian power puzzle, is as dark as the revolution itself. His career has nothing to do with that of a prestigious jurist. Political police at the end of the last century, the now judge was involved in two murders, he was even tried by them and jailed.

He later became a lawyer for the Puente Llaguno gunmen, the gunmen who were murderers in the April 2002 massacre, which preceded the failed coup attempt against Chávez. One of those defended, the radical chavista Richard Peñalver, has found refuge in Spain.

In an operation only possible in revolution, Moreno went on to become a judge in the same case. Dismissed in 2007, his friend Maduro sent him to the Embassy of Rome.

In addition to his role as a hammer against the democratic parties, Moreno is a genuine representative of the Bolivian beautifull people. For years, the pink chroniclers of Caracas highlighted her close presence to the Miss Venezuela pageants, including her cordial relations with Miss Barinas 2011. Until 2013, she became a sponsor of Deborah Menicucci, fundamental support for her to win the crown of this year. The 2014 Miss World assault was a failure.

The presenter Menicucci , her current partner, has also been sanctioned this Tuesday by the United States, involved in "significant acts of corruption".

"One of the criminals who was missing from the list, Maikel Moreno's circle is closed to you and your family. The list of the most wanted in Venezuela continues to grow and also that of the informers," said Ivan Simonovis, commissioner of Security of the presidency in charge and direct contact with the White House.

This ex-commissioner became the scapegoat for the events of 2002, suffering unjust imprisonment since then until a few months ago he starred in a film flight from his house arrest in Caracas.
