The Director General of Central Operations explained that the communications received by the Central Operations Room in Sharjah Police were classified according to their importance, to emergency and non-emergency, and were immediately transferred to the competent authorities, stressing the keenness of all workers in the operations room to provide the best services to the public, and enhance the response time when dealing With various reports.

Brigadier Al-Naour called on the members of the public to call the number (999) designated for reporting severe accidents and emergency cases only, and call the number (901) to report minor and non-emergency accidents, indicating that non-emergency calls may cause waste of time and effort allocated to the rest of the callers from the public , And who may be in urgent need of emergency assistance from various specialist teams.
