Trump also expressed his hope for an honest and fair agreement between Egypt, Ethiopia and the Sudan around the Great Ethiopian Renaissance Dam on the Nile.
On July 20, the Egyptian House of Representatives authorized President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi "to take the necessary measures" to protect national security, which will allow the sending of troops to Libya.
