Algeria on Monday recorded the largest daily toll of new infections with the Corona virus since the outbreak of the epidemic in the country at the end of last February, after the Ministry of Health announced the monitoring of 607 new infections during the last 24 hours, an increase of 72 cases from the previous day, bringing the total number of infections to 23,691 status.
Jamal Furar, spokesperson for the Scientific Committee to monitor and follow up the Corona virus, reported in the daily health summary, recording 9 new deaths, one decrease, bringing the total deaths to 1087 cases.
Forar revealed that 349 new cases have recovered, bringing the total number of people who have recovered from the virus to 16,400 cases, while he pointed out that there are 64 cases in intensive care.
