The document envisages an increase in the fine in the event that a creditor or a person acting in his interests takes steps aimed at returning an overdue debt, in violation of Russian law.
At the same time, for officials, a fine can range from 20 thousand to 200 thousand rubles or disqualification for a period of six months to one year.
For legal entities, it is proposed to introduce a fine from 50 thousand to 500 thousand rubles instead of the current fine in the amount of 20 thousand to 200 thousand.
Earlier, a draft was submitted to the State Duma on penalties for sites refusing to delete information at the request of the law.
