The Emiri Diwan in Kuwait announced that the Emir of the country, Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, conducted a successful operation today, Sunday.
The Kuwaiti News Agency quoted the Minister of Amiri Diwan Affairs Sheikh Ali Jarrah Al-Sabah as saying that Sheikh Sabah (91 years old) performed a surgical operation this morning, "thanks to God and to his success and success."
Sheikh Sabah was admitted to the hospital yesterday, Saturday, and the Kuwaiti News Agency quoted the Minister of Amiri Diwan Affairs as announcing the issuance of an Emiri order using the Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah to exercise some of the prince's constitutional powers temporarily.
On the other hand, the Qatar News Agency reported that the Emir of the State of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, made a phone call to the Emir of Kuwait on Saturday evening, in which he assured him of his health.
