July 19, 2020 New coronavirus infections in Italy are decreasing: 218 have been registered in the last 24 hours (yesterday 249). There were only 3 deaths (14 yesterday) for a total of 35,045 victims since the start of the pandemic.

143 people recovered in the last 24 hours (323 yesterday), 196,949 in total. This is what emerges from the data of the Ministry of Health.

In Lombardy, no deaths and 33 new infections
After almost five months, today there are no coronavirus-related deaths in Lombardy, according to data communicated by the Region. There are 33 new positive cases, of which 13 following serological tests and 15 'weakly positive'. The number of victims in Lombardy therefore remains unchanged, at 16,788. 148 inpatients not in intensive care, one less than yesterday, inpatients in intensive care unchanged, 22.
